Do I need to be home during the detail?
No — you don't need to be there at all. Just tell us where the car will be parked and make sure it's accessible at your scheduled time.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is sent after the detail is complete — never before. We accept Interac e-transfer only. No deposits.
What if my car has heavy buildup?
An Extra Care Surcharge of $50 may apply for heavy pet hair, spills, or long-neglected interiors. We always confirm this with you on-site before we start — never as a surprise on the bill.
