1. We Are a Booking Platform

We operate as a booking and coordination service only. We connect customers with independent third-party detailing contractors who perform all services. We are not the service provider and do not employ or train the detailers who carry out your job.

2. No Liability for Services Performed

All detailing work is carried out by independent contractors. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of any service. We are not responsible for:

• Any damage to your vehicle, property, or belongings arising from services performed
• Unsatisfactory workmanship or incomplete services
• Any injury or loss resulting from the service

Any disputes regarding the quality of work or damages must be raised directly with the contractor who performed the service.

3. Pre-Existing Damage

By booking, you confirm that you are aware of your vehicle's current condition. We and our contractors are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects discovered during or after the service.

4. Access to Vehicle

You agree to ensure the contractor has reasonable access to your vehicle at the time of booking. If access is not possible, the appointment may be cancelled.

5. Pricing

All prices listed are tax-inclusive. Aside from the Extra Care Surcharge described on our Services page — which is always confirmed with you before work begins — no additional charges will be added at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our booking services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
